Morning Weigh In: Down 1.4 lbs.
Energy! Energy! Energy! I can’t believe how great this day is! From the moment I woke up, I had the most energy I’ve had since I started this whole fiasco. I felt as though there was nothing that couldn’t be accomplish on this day. I’m down 1.4 pounds! The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and I am officially the queen of the world! (now I’m just waiting on all the furry creatures of the forest to come join me in song!)
My cravings are almost obsolete, my hunger has all but vacated on this day! Anything is possible!!
Lunch: 3oz. grilled shrimp, celery (gross), an apple and a breadstick
Dinner: 3oz. lean ground beef, tomatoes, strawberries and one breadstick
When deciding what to make for dinner tonight, I started craving hamburgers. Lucky me! I can eat that! I was pretty surprised when I weighed this out. I could actually make this thing look like a regular hamburger. Cool! A little seasoning and some tomatoes on the side and I felt as if I was a normal human being eating dinner with my family. Surprisingly, I didn’t even want the bun (that I couldn’t have anyway) and the extras that we pile on our burgers were no problem to deny. I’m feelin’ good!! I saved my strawberries for my late night snack. I cut them up and sprinkled some Stevia on them and savored every bite. (I could’ve eaten two bowls of this treat, but realized, I didn’t NEED to) Let’s hear it: hip, hip, hooray for me!!
