Morning Weigh In: Down 1.6 lbs.
This morning, I woke with serious anticipation. I’m down 1.6 pounds. Hooray!! Maybe that extra water did the trick? I’m still concerned about my menstrual cycle approaching. I’m not sure what to expect with this. I’ve also been concerned with my lack of bowel movements. I made myself some Smooth Move last night and hopefully that will produce something. I’m not used to having such a limited, unpredictable regiment.
So, back in the swing of things:
Lunch: 3oz. grilled chicken, tomatoes, an orange and a breadstickDinner: 3oz. crab, lettuce with some light dressing (lemon and vinegar), an apple and one breadstick (oh, how I missed you little breadstick!)
I’ve increased my water intake. I forgot that I needed to compensate for my coffee drinking. So,
I’m up to almost 96oz. of water a day. Gracious! My energy level has stabilized today but my irritability is still high. Of course, yesterday, I thought my frustration couldn’t get any worse, but today, with added anxiety and anticipation regarding my cycle approaching, I realize I’m a bit on edge. But I suppose as long as I keep looking at that scale, seeing a loss, I can manage through the irritating days.
