Morning Weigh In: Down .6 lbs.
I’ve decided to do my best to have a good attitude today. I know it will be a horrible food day, but I’m looking ahead to the potential weight loss that will come out of this. I’ll spread out my apple portions starting at 10am and have one every 2 hours. (this is gonna’ be tough)
By the time two o’clock arrives, I’ve put down three apples. I’m half way there but am beginning to look at the refrigerator as thought it were some evil monster that taunts and teases me as I leave the room. Today is NOT a good day to go grocery shopping. I will say the one good thing about this day is that an apple is a quick thing to grab as I’m out and about. That seems like an awfully small upside.
I’ve been instructed to maintain my water intake. Because of the lack of actual food today, I seem to sucking water down much quicker than usual. Anything to feel full!
Today is the day where I could eat just about anything you’d tempt me with. As I approach the dinner hour and begin cooking for my family, I realized that I was choking down my fifth apple as I applied the bbq sauce to their chicken.
A deep breath here.
There was no way I would be able to actually sit through this dinner tonight. Fortunately, my family is understanding and gave me the night off from socializing. I decided to excuse myself and find something constructive to do. You’ll be amazed at how much cleaning you can get accomplished when you venture into the “apple day”.
