Morning Weigh In: Down 1 lb.
Another pound down and I’m thrilled! My hunger pangs are depleting and my energy level is rising. I know that my body is getting back to normal again. I’m experiencing some irritation, but I’ll just chalk that up to it being “that time of the month”. Always a pleasant time in my house.
My skin is in tough shape. I am faithful to giving myself manicures and pedicures on a regular basis and it’s not easy to have hands and feet that are cracking. This lack of usual moisture is a fight. The baby oil that I use in the shower each day isn’t really doing the trick and the winter weather is taking it’s toll. But! I can button my pants again!! (priorities, you know!)
I’m so happy with my weight loss and that I actually made it through my ridiculous apple day, I think I’ll treat myself. Crab legs are on sale this week. My favorite!
I’ll keep plugging through today. One pound lighter and only 12 more days to go!
Lunch: 3oz. lean hamburger, tomatoes, strawberries, breadstick
Dinner: 3oz. crab, asparagus, apple, breadstick
