Morning Weigh In: Down .8 lbs.
This can’t be! Combine water weight, bloating and no injection for the second day and what do I have? Weight LOSS?? I’m happily confused! I’ve only dropped .8 pounds today, but it’s encouraging that I would see the scale go that way instead of displaying an increase. Even though there is a loss, I’m looking forward to resuming the injections tomorrow. I’m nervous that my body may get off track.
I’m still drowning myself with my water intake. Ironically, this is the one thing I thought I’d want to scream about this month. Instead, I’m finding that my body is craving water more than anything else. This is a good thing. I never drink enough water and hopefully, I can continue this habit and make sure my body is getting the water it needs each day.
My cravings have subsided today although I realize that I’m getting hungry, mostly in the mornings. This is the second day that I’ve consciously decided to have half of my fruit during the mid-morning instead of saving it for the afternoon. It all evens out, but I’ve noticed this small change and thought I’d mention it. Hip, Hip Hooray for weight loss DURING my period! Amazing!!
Lunch: 3oz lean ground beef, lettuce (lemon and vinegar dressing), a breadstick and strawberries.
Dinner: 3oz grilled chicken, tomatoes, a breadstick and baked apple (with cinnamon and Stevia) for desert.
