Morning Weigh In: Down .9 lbs.

I’m down another .9 pounds! It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood! 139.6 is looking better and better to me today! As long as I keep this up, I’ll be back to my 138.5 in no time!

I’m running around today – lots of errands to do as we wrap up the holidays. It’s nice to know that while in this new phase, I can be in public and even if I don’t plan on it, I can eat at a restaurant. No longer am I packing little Ziploc bags of yucky food that I have to take everywhere. And of course, the inevitable conversations I have with people who don’t realize I’m on this program. So by the time I get done explaining myself and trying to give justification to my food choices, everything has gotten cold. It’s so nice to be out of that phase!

So here I go! I’m standing in the middle of day 5 and I’m feelin’ good! My weight is evening out and my body feels more able and agile. Come on, say it with me: “Hooray for HCG!” Breakfast: one bite of banana with peanut butter, water, coffeeLunch: Wendy’s single hamburger (lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard, NO BUN!), waterDinner: cream of mushroom soup, a bite of cheese, beerSnack: handful of almonds, water
