Morning Weigh In: Down .6 lbs.
I’m back on track…I suppose. I’ve lost .6 pounds today and just seem to be hovering over this 14 – 14.5 pound area. This is starting to really get on my nerves. This is day three of going up and down with this one pound. I think it’s time to call the doctor.
Dr. Ann Watwood from Derma Health Institute is in charge on my diet program and I’m so thankful that she’s available to me whenever I need her. Besides feeling safer that I’m doing this under clinical supervision, she’s just a really nice person, who knows what it’s like to want to loose the extra pounds. She told me that because I just completed my cycle that she would advise giving it one more day before I panic.
Perhaps tomorrow, if, for some reason, I don’t loose, I can venture into the 6 apple day again. (yikes! Not what I want to hear.) I was also told that I can expect to loose my goal of 20 pounds. Even though it seems slow going today, tomorrow could give me some great motivation. She also explained, that even though I’m not looking at a full pound a day loss, there is another part to this diet…inches.
As we’re loosing, our bodies are shifting and re-distributing weight more appropriately. That’s another contributing factor to why my jeans are fitting so well. I got a pretty good pep talk from the Dr. and decided to wait it out until tomorrow.
If I don’t see any real reduction, I’ll go on the 6 apple and day quick fix tomorrow.
