Down 3 pounds this morning. This is miraculous. I'm not working out and the weight's just dropping off.
This has been a rough day. Yesterday, the first two days (day three & four) when I was eating the smaller portions, I didn't feel hungry at all. On day three I didn't even eat what little food I could. I just wasn't hungry. But today was different. This afternoon was rough. I always save my fruit as a dessert after each meal but today I ate my second apple in the afternoon to hold me over and I ate dinner as soon as I got home from work. The good news is that seemed to work. I wasn't hungry at all throughout the evening. I was a little nervous because I had eaten my allotment of food (so, I couldn't eat more) and I'm a late night muncher. I love to watch TV and chomp on my favorite snacks. None of that on this diet. Anyways, there was nothing to fear - no hunger pains and on the positive side I'm learning new TV watching habits. Hopefully, when this is done, I won't head for the snacks when my favorite TV shows start.
