HCG Diet Day 4: Wow! I Was Down Six Pouinds

Wow! I was down 6 ½ pounds this morning. I'm almost back to my original weight after only one day. I'm very psyched today. Feeling really good.

Yesterday, I grilled up a bunch of chicken and have it portioned in the frig, so I don't have to cook anything today. I love tomatoes and love the size of the portion of veggies I get for each meal. I have always been a huge eater. I've joked with my friends that I was born without any nerves in my stomach, since I can eat and eat and never feel full. But that's all different now. It must be the hormone but I can eat a portion of the tomatoes and feel full.

Need to mention one of the reasons I decided to do my diet with Derma Health Institute. They have one of the best booklets I have seen on the hCG diet. It includes a great overview of what you need to know about hCG as well as a easy to use list of what foods I can eat, how much and what not to eat together. (For instance, you can’t mix veggies on this diet. If you have tomatoes, you can’t have cucumbers in the same meal. Only one veggie per meal.) The booklet also includes a daily diary where I can list my weight for the day, what foods I ate in each meal and what my total calorie count is. I went to a number of places before I landed with Derma Health and no one else had a booklet like this.
