Kind of depressed this morning. I didn't lose anything. I've been loosing so much so fast, I guess I knew it couldn't continue. Still, it' a little frustrating not losing anything.
I went back and double checked what I ate yesterday but I was definitely below the 500 calories. I did have a late dinner yesterday and I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Made sure I was done eating today by 7:00, just to make sure that wasn't the issue.
