HCG Diet Day 25: Transition Day #2 – I Can Do This, I Can Do This!

Morning Weigh In: Down 1.2 lbs.

Another 1.2 pounds lost! I’ve found my cloud nine today!! I think I may reach this goal and I’m staring down the barrel of the final 1 ½ pounds to shed. I can do this, I can do this! On days like today, I feel as though I can conquer anything! What do you have for me? Brain surgery? That pesky little mid-east conflict? Hand it over honey, I can do anything today!

I’m not feeling any real hunger today and my cravings are down. My energy is up and I’m looking at this nasty plate of food (for the millionth time) and I know I can swallow every bit, no problem! I’m going hard core on my water intake and have reached an 80oz mark on this. Feelin’ good my friend!

Lunch: 3oz. chicken, lettuce, one breadstick and an apple
Dinner: 3oz. beef, tomatoes, a breadstick and an orange for desert

As I look back on my menu that I’ve been recording, it seems as though I’ve consumed an entire farm full of chicken and beef. So, to all of my vegan friends out there…oops! But hey, you gotta do what you gotta do! Trust me, I’ve made it up in all of the bushels of apples and baskets of tomatoes I’ve eaten. Crazy!

Only one more day of this madness and I’ll feel free as a bird! I’m working on my menu for the upcoming stabilization phase and so far all I have on it that I’m sure of is – yep! You guessed it, cheese!
